♥ ♥ ♥ It is time for a Love Revolution ♥ ♥ ♥ November 6, 2008

So last weekend, I made the trip down to Calgary with my two of my lovely friends to go and see LENNY KRAVITZ!!

I have always been madly in love with him. He is a wicked musician and has such an amazing repetoire of songs… why would you try and hate on him??
Being able to actually be at one of his shows… it was such a phenomenal experience. Everything about it was awesome. I was just rockin out like the best of ‘em. He put on a great show, super personable, and he looked sexy as hell.

It took all my self control not to take off my top and throw myself at him. Seriously.

I was on such a Lenny high afterwards.. I could not even finish a sentence. I was definitely flying that night.
“I want to get away… I want to fly away…”

Can’t get over what a great night that was. I would love to see him again!
“I wonder if I’ll ever see you again..?”

What a fun weekend. Definitely nothing but good times.

Cowtown ‘08 July 20, 2008

“Don’t hold back. Just have a good time.”

We decided we needed to get away for a little bit. It’s summer. We should be doing bigger and better things! Well… bigger and better things had to be put on hold so we could take a little detour to Calgary.

I don’t know what to say — it was fun, stressful and exciting at the same time. Just to get away for a few days was great, even if we didn’t go very far.

I couldn’t have asked for better friends to share this with. (shout out to Gugu + Vicks!)

We did make it out to see Ding Dong (for all who don’t know, youtube it. Jamaican Dancehall at its finest) at the Shorts vs. Skirts party. That may very well be the craziest party I have ever been to in my life. It was amazing! Too bad the camera batteries died and so I have no pics or videos of that night!

See ya next year Calgary!
Even in a different city — no one can do it as well as I can! Haha.
